Blockchain-based Security Framework for Cyber Physical Systems
Explore a blockchain-based security framework for Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) in this 27-minute talk by Dr. Abhilasha Vyas. Delve into the complexities of CPS and their critical role in smart cities, home automation, power grids, and automotive industries. Understand the security challenges faced by these systems and learn how the proposed Blockchain-based Security Framework for CPS (BCSF-CPS) addresses issues of centralized control, scalability, and big data management. Discover the hybrid approach combining open and consortium blockchain to create a trustworthy peer-to-peer network between end-users and service providers. Gain insights into role-based access control, lightweight encryption algorithms, and the potential of blockchain technology in enhancing CPS security and privacy.
