Which Time Is It? A Graphical Tour of Time Concepts - RubyConf 2023

Embark on a graphical tour of time in this thought-provoking conference talk from RubyConf 2023. Explore the complexities of time manipulation in programming, challenging common assumptions about time-related operations. Discover why adding two time values isn't as straightforward as it seems, and develop a more nuanced understanding of time as a multifaceted concept. Build intuition around various time operations, learn to identify nonsensical time calculations, and acquire a robust mental model for handling time-related challenges in your code. By the end of this 36-minute presentation, gain valuable insights to help you avoid subtle time-related bugs and approach time manipulation with greater confidence in your Ruby projects.
