Topology and Artificial Intelligence - Applications and Recent Progress

Explore the intersection of algebraic topology and artificial intelligence in this comprehensive lecture by Jie Wu at ICBS2024. Delve into three key areas: the application of language models to homotopy groups of spheres, statistical modeling and topological theories for high-order interaction complex networks (focusing on idopNetwork and GLMY theory), and practical applications of GLMY theory in data analysis, particularly in the study of complex diseases. Gain insights into cutting-edge research that bridges the gap between abstract mathematical concepts and real-world AI applications over the course of this hour-long presentation.
