The Composition Tableau and Construction of the Canonical Weierstrass Section

Explore the intricacies of algebraic geometry and representation theory in this lecture by Yasmine Fittouhi at the International Centre for Theoretical Sciences. Delve into the composition tableau and the construction of the canonical Weierstrass section as part of the "Algebraic and Combinatorial Methods in Representation Theory" program. Gain insights into advanced mathematical concepts over the course of an hour, suitable for graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, and researchers in the field. Participate in a broader two-week program featuring mini-courses on vertex algebras, quantum affine algebras, quantum superalgebras, and reductive groups, led by renowned experts in the field.
