The Vector Spaces for Vertex Algebras

The Vector Spaces for Vertex Algebras

Explore the essential vector spaces crucial for understanding vertex algebras in this 21-minute video lecture. Delve into three main examples: polynomial rings with infinitely many variables, exterior algebras of infinitely many variables, and the universal enveloping algebra of the Virasoro Lie algebra. Gain a solid foundation in these complex mathematical concepts to enhance your comprehension of vertex algebras and their applications in advanced mathematics.
