A Second Course in Riemannian Geometry - Lecture 1

Explore advanced concepts in Riemannian geometry through this graduate-level lecture delivered by Professor Spiro Karigiannis from the University of Waterloo at the Fields Institute. Delve into sophisticated topics that build upon foundational knowledge of differential geometry and topology, serving as an extension to introductory Riemannian geometry coursework. The 75-minute presentation introduces key themes and sets the stage for a deeper understanding of geometric structures and topological properties in mathematical spaces.
