Grab it Explore a 30-minute conference talk from ACM SIGPLAN that presents a fully abstract trace semantics for a typed call-by-value λ-calculus with algebraic effects and handlers. Delve into the operational game semantics approach used to build a trace model representing interactions between programs and their environments. Learn about the language's dynamic allocation of effect instances as first-class values and how they can be exchanged. Gain insights from speakers Hamza Jaâfar and Guilhem Jaber as they discuss their paper on operational game semantics for generative algebraic effects and handlers.
