Applying Model-Based Systems Engineering to the Data Center Lifecycle
Watch a 22-minute conference talk exploring how Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) can revolutionize data center lifecycle management, presented by Broadcom's System Architect Jim Harford and Intel's Cloud Software Architect Nirav Shah. Learn how the OCP CSM workstream integrates diverse stakeholder concerns across different lifecycle phases to create a unified approach to data center management. Discover methods for bridging gaps between business objectives and technical decisions, service offerings and user expectations, data center requirements and IT equipment specifications, and predictive models versus actual telemetry data. Gain insights into a holistic approach that balances user expectations and business constraints to optimize technical decisions for future data center design, operation, and management at scale.
