Reusable DMN-Driven Survey Forms
Explore a reusable BPMN workflow that leverages DMNs to dynamically generate survey forms in a headless Camunda implementation via REST contract. Learn how Indiana Farm Bureau utilizes this approach for their claims system, where agents ask clients a series of questions about claims. Discover how a DMN determines the next question based on the previous answer, and how the DMN interface is published to allow deployment of any survey-type form by simply publishing a new group of DMNs. Gain insights into the technical overview, architecture, and benefits of this approach through a demonstration and detailed explanation by Senior Web Developer Corinna Cohn and IT Application Architect Sowmya Raghunathan from Indiana Farm Bureau in this 24-minute CamundaCon 2019 presentation.
