TEE-Based Rollup: The Sweet Spot Between Optimistic and ZK Rollups

Learn about TEE-based rollups in this conference talk from ETHTaipei 2023 that explores their unique position as a middle ground between optimistic and ZK rollups in blockchain scaling solutions. Discover how Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) can offer a balanced approach to blockchain scalability, combining the benefits of both optimistic and zero-knowledge rollup technologies. Examine the technical architecture, security implications, and potential advantages of implementing TEE-based solutions for Layer 2 scaling.
