Websockets

Explore the exciting world of WebSockets in this 29-minute conference talk by Katerina Skroumpelou at WeAreDevelopers. Learn how to develop a simple application that translates physical motion into virtual motion, manipulating objects in a browser. Discover the process of building this application using WebSockets, Angular, and a plain WebSocket client/server node.js server. Dive into the implementation of device event APIs to capture acceleration, orientation, and motion data from a phone, sending it to the browser for real-time interaction. Gain insights into the practical applications of WebSockets and modern web technologies in creating interactive, motion-based experiences.
