Getting Started with Quantum Programming
Explore the fundamentals of quantum programming in this 48-minute conference talk from GOTO Chicago 2019. Delve into the world of quantum computing, learning about superposition, entanglement, and how these phenomena enable certain algorithms to run exponentially faster than their classical counterparts. Discover the syntax of quantum programming and get acquainted with various platforms and libraries available for writing quantum algorithms. Gain insights from quantum physicist Guen Prawiroatmodjo on how major tech companies and startups are investing in quantum technology and deploying quantum processors in the cloud for public use. By the end of this talk, acquire the knowledge needed to begin your journey into writing your own quantum algorithms and understanding the transformative potential of quantum computing.
