Universe or Multiverse

Universe or Multiverse

Explore the groundbreaking concepts of inflationary multiverse and eternal inflation in this master class lecture by renowned theoretical physicist and Kavli Prize winner Andrei Linde. Delve into the evolution of these revolutionary ideas and gain insights into the future of cosmology. Recorded at the World Science Festival in New York City on June 2, 2017, the lecture covers topics such as chaos inflation, string theory, vacuum energy, and alternative theories to inflation. Discover the philosophical implications of these concepts, including the improbability of our existence and the uniformity of the universe. Engage with Linde's unique perspective on the nature of reality and the potential existence of multiple universes.
