Death to CIA! Long Live DIE! - How the DIE Triad Helps Us Achieve Resiliency
Explore the DIE Triad (Distributed, Immutable, Ephemeral) as an alternative to the traditional CIA Triad in this 40-minute conference talk from the RSA Conference. Discover how applying DIE principles can reduce security burdens, enhance resiliency, and move towards antifragility. Learn about new paradigms for the next era of security, changing roles and responsibilities, and methods for measuring and benchmarking resiliency. Examine the application of DIE to data privacy, cloud-native maturity, and design patterns. Gain insights into tackling tough challenges in security, resiliency, and privacy using commonly available tools and design patterns. Prepare for the next era of IT and Security, where irreversible attacks may challenge recovery capabilities.
