Bipolar Junction Transistors: Physical structure and operation modes, Active region operation of the transistor, DC analysis of transistor circuits, Transistor as an amplifier, Biasing the BJT, Transistor as a switch, High-frequency model of BJT amplifier.Field Effect Transistors: Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, DC operation of MOSFET circuits, MOSFET as an amplifier, High-frequency model of MOSFET amplifier.
